Updated Release Archive

Updated Release Archive.  Fixed Mage-killer prereqs.  Removed old LETO & ConvoCC related files.  Added organized spell scroll store.  Fixed Gloura spellbook. Various TLK fixes.  Reorganized Repo.  Removed invalid user folders. Added DocGen back in.

They use the same AOE. This can not be deactivated - but if the one which
does the effects goes, this one might as well!
The first heartbeat sets what other AOE uses it, or something.
