Added WotC source for the werewolf class to Notes folder.
Eldritch Blast should be unlimited uses per day.
Avariel & Feyri should get wings after CharGen.
Added Avariel & Feyri to PRCIsFlying().
Maybe fixed Whirling Blade.
Updated Superb Dispelling TLK.
